Eclectic Therapy

No two people arrive with the same story, so no single method fits everyone. Eclectic therapy means drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches — CBT, psychodynamic work, mindfulness practices, solution-focused techniques — and adapting them to what you actually need. In practice, that might mean building concrete coping tools one week and exploring where a pattern took root the next. The approach stays flexible as you go: what helps at the start of therapy isn't always what helps six months in. Together we'll figure out what resonates and adjust from there.

CBT is a structured, practical approach that helps you notice the thought patterns driving how you feel, then gives you concrete tools to work with them.

This approach makes room to explore where your patterns came from — the relationships and experiences that shaped you — so you can understand yourself more fully rather than just manage the symptoms.
